Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We offer USPS Ground standard shipping (1-7 business day transit time). Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available. You will be notified if another carrier is being used.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your in stock order during standard business operation. All in stock orders processed after 3pm (EST) will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (EST) will continue processing on the following business day.)
Please allow up to 10 business days to process custom orders. Your order is being handcrafted with fresh, organic ingredients custom made just for you. This process is detailed and done with seasonal items. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged or Missing Products
It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cush Concierge LLC dba Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry,Cush Concierge LLC dba Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Cush Concierge LLC dba Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Cush Concierge LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these features by creating a Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary Account. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at prettycush.com. Once an order has shipped, we will accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after an item has been delivered. All returns must be unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen.
You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving it.
We do not guarantee delivery or order quality/completion if you are using a mail forwarding service. These services are largely scams and we will not be able to reimburse you for any issues that could result from them tampering with, stealing, or losing your order!
Return Process
Email us at info@cushdispensary.com to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and to request the return shipping address.
Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Items Not in Stock
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may become back order items. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of your order, we will send out all available items and place the remaining item(s) on back order. Your remaining back order items will be shipped separately as soon as possible with no extra shipping costs charged to you.
